Provides administrative support and contribute to team effort by accomplishing a variety of requested clerical activities and related tasks as needed such as photocopying, scanning, filing, file and binder creation, time entry, document management, and data entry. Screens and directs calls, consistently and professionally communicates with clients, opposing counsel, vendors and firm personnel. Possesses a high level of awareness and protection of office security and all confidential information. Monitors visitor access and parking validation. Maintains office Master File Inventory. Maintains clean and organized reception area, office services area and break room. Coordinates deliveries and mail flow in and out of office. Coordinates conference room scheduling and makes necessary arrangements for meetings and maintains clean conference room including set-up and break down for meetings and depositions. Minimum of 2 to 3 years prior Litigation experience required. Must be familiar with e-file, transcription, time entries, opening new files, document production, and comfortable with managing a high volume of paper, scheduling and calendaring appointments. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite 2010. Familiar with Juris Time & Billing a plus but will train.
