Established mid-size Clearwater law firm is seeking an innovated individual experienced in Administration, Financial, Marketing and Management

Work directly with individual departments on a daily and weekly basis to ensure monthly goals and budgets are met. Provide and maintain marketing tools.  Experience in benefit administration such has health, disability, and workers compensation.  Maintain policies and procedures manual.  Promote and provide continuing education programs and workshops.  Develop and maintain existing incentives to promote managements appreciation of the staff.

Financial duties consist of but are not limited to Trust and Operating account reconciliations.  Budget preparation, analysis report of department billables. Monitor accounts receivable and collections efforts of staff.  Review expenses and P/L statement.  Monthly billings.

Additional knowledge regarding IT maintenance and system updates.

Salary:  
A full benefit package is offered.  $60 - $75K based on experience.

Administrator 351
Needed for a very busy Clearwater law firm.
HR & Management Duties:
Assists with hiring, training, and assessment of staff. Assigns, directs, and monitors clerical workflow to ensure timely, accurate work. Establishes a review system to measure the quality and quantity of work performed by the clerical staff and provides reports to Managing Attorney on a quarterly basis. Addresses deficiencies as appropriate according to Company policy. Establishes objectives for clerical staff to monitor performance and conducts timely performance evaluations and salary reviews according to Company policy. Assists with projects, performs research and other duties as assigned. Ensures that office calendar is maintained, ready for weekly calendar meetings and establishes procedures for keeping the calendar updated with added appearances during the week.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Legal Solutions or other legal software. Must have above average organizational, problem solving and time management skills. Must be able to function efficiently amid constant interruptions. Has access to confidential information which must remain confidential.
Management of Firm Finances:
The Office Manager Firm should have a strong financial background and will be responsible for the overall financial planning and financial management for the Firm, including responsibility for the following:
Planning and implementing the Firm’s annual budget. Tracking client development efforts. Financial and tax reporting. ledger and trust accounting. Assisting with billing and collections. Cash flow control. Managing banking relationships. Payroll and fringe benefits for employees.

The role will support the Associate General Counsel on matters of significance in the areas of litigation, employment, general commercial, corporate governance and compliance matters as well as provide general administrative support.
Duties:
